The Women In Finance Program provides women in the School of Business with the information and opportunities necessary to make informed decisions about their majors and potential career paths. Through guest speakers and events, the Women In Finance Program allows women specifically on the path to a finance major to learn about the Finance industry as well as some of the potential career paths and job opportunities available. As for women that are not seeking a career in finance, this program provides the opportunity to learn about more general career advice, as well as how their major might coincide with more financial roles. It also gives them the opportunity to network with influential speakers. Overall, the Women In Finance Program gives insight into seemingly uncertain industries in an effort to promote and encourage our members to continue down any path with confidence.
