Steps
- Be registered with the KU Student Involvement and Leadership Center (SILC) for at least one semester
- Be comprised of at least 2/3 School of Business undergraduate students
- Representing the interests of the students within the School of Business
- Demonstrate commitment to the UBC
- Submit a written request of membership to [email protected] including:
- Copy of club constitution
- Club president and UBC representative
- Proof of SILC recognition
- Obtain a 2/3 approval vote by the UBC executive board at a regularly-scheduled Executive Board meeting
- Once, approved, request kick-starter funding by emailing [email protected] or our Director of Funding.
Start-Up Funding: If you have a new club you would like to start and need start-up money, you may also submit an Additional Funding request to help your process before you become a UBC club. Learn more about Additional Funding.

2. Actively serve and support the mission, objectives, and activities of the UBC
3. Require representatives to regularly attend the UBC meetings and encourage participation in all UBC activities.
4. Provide a current list of officers to the Executive Board of the UBC at the beginning of each semester.
5. Supply the UBC with a list of calendar events as they become known to the organization.
