PALs(Peers, Allies, Leaders) PALs is a diverse and inclusive community within the business school where students feel included, supported, and heard. We host periodic, informal social events to provide a fun and inclusive space for students in the school. We also support the Task Force in its initiatives to make the School of Business more diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment.
The Undergraduate Business Council supports and encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion at the KU School of Business. In the Fall 2018, the UBC founded a diversity, equity, inclusion committee. A year later, the committee underwent structural change and built a new, recognizable brand for the UBC DEI Task Force.
